Job Description:
Support the Director of Care, Clinical Nurse Manager/Senior Staff Nurse in their duties
Maintain professional and ethical standards, ensuring high resident care
Adhere to NMBI guidelines on medication administration and the 'Misuse of Drugs Act'
Work collaboratively within a team, respecting each member's contribution
Maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all levels within Haven Bay
Ensure confidentiality of all information obtained during work
Deliver induction training to new nursing and care staff
Provide individualised assessments and person-centred care plans for residents, updating as needed
Deliver holistic nursing care tailored to residents' needs
Develop good relationships with residents and families, communicating effectively and keeping them informed
Supervise and allocate duties to care assistants
Haven Bay Care Centre is located in Kinsale, Co.
Cork.
