Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our storage warehouse, workshop and distribution centre.You will be responsible for ensuring products are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the warehouse and workshop rooms.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack customer ordersLoad and unload delivery vehicles by forklift ( forklift licence required)Receive in, check, and store correctly incoming stock on our accounting system SageKeep work areas clean, safe, and well-organisedConduct inventory counts and stock control weekly via our accounts system sagePlace orders for all parts neededFollow all health & safety proceduresWork collaboratively with the team to meet targets and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For:Previous warehouse or fulfilment experienceForklift Licence and experience operating forkliftStrong attention to detailA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnGood manual handling skillsGood IT Skills, previous experience with stock system beneficialGood organisational skillsReliability and dependabilityAbility to meet the physical demands of the jobSelf-motivatedUpbeat and energizedFlexible and willing to take on a variety of tasksTeam playerWhat We Offer:Company PensionOn-the-job training and supportBike to work schemeWork with a supportive leadership teamJob Types: Full-time, Permanent ( after completion of probationary period)Hours 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
