customers.Key accountabilitiesLead and coach your team to deliver the best Shopping Trip for customers by ensuring great service, standards and availabilityDeliver all key performance indicators for your departmentsLead a team, making decisions every day that support them to do their jobsDeliver the training plan, ensuring all colleagues receive quality training, are validated to do their job and have an up to date training cardEnsure all the processes; routines and systems for your departments are completed accurately and at the right timePlan every seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to achieve maximum sales, impact and presentationResponsible for all safe and legal routines for my departments, ensuring plans are in place to address any identified issuesEnsure that colleagues understand the importance of the "what" and the "how", have objectives, regular reviews, career discussions and a live PDPProvide regular coaching and feedback across the store, improving the skills of your teamCoach my team, giving them the confidence to call out behavioural issues and improve the shopping trip for customersCreates an environment that encourages innovation and and services are available for customers at all times.Handle all products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach the customer in the best condition.Keep the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy at all times.Using the training you receive, follow department routines and processes.Follow all company policies and adhere to Health and Safety routines.Whilst you will have a core role, you may be asked to support your colleagues by helping in other departments.ExperienceMust have previous management experienceFor the 'Line Manager' role you have a demonstrated track record
