Overview
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our management team.
This is an amazing opportunity to join an expanding company with great opportunities to progress your career.
Key Responsibilities
Support the HR and management team with IR matters
Assist with recruitment and selection of employees
Support the site manager with the day-to-day management of the colleagues by delegating work as deemed necessary
Complete timesheets and assist with payroll queries
Absence management- tracking all colleagues attendance and uploading sick certs to files
Maintaining all colleague files ensuring the correct version of paperwork is used and that all training records are up to date
Carrying out scheduled stock orders and audits
Ensure all current Health and Safety legislation is being adhered to by all colleagues
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years' experience in a similar management/supervisor role
Fluent English (both written and verbal)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Hands on approach with the ability to prioritize task
Excellent attention to detail
Computer Literacy
Hours of work
Monday to Thursday 4.00pm-12.30am
Friday 4:00pm - 11:30pm
It will be necessary to work alternative hours, shifts patterns and/or unsociable hours including weekends.
