We are seeking a
Customer Success Manager
to join our team.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
Develop strong relationships with paid media professionals, performance marketers, and agency leaders.
Lead onboarding, platform training, and enablement on AdTucon's products and policies.
Act as a performance marketing consultant, offering best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Bonus if experienced in Gaming, Casino, or Gambling verticals.
Identify growth opportunities, lead upsell/expansion discussions, and collaborate with sales on renewals.
Represent the voice of the customer internally, working with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to enhance offerings.
Monitor account health and campaign performance proactively, resolving issues early.
Drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction by delivering tailored strategies aligned with customer goals.
Maintain clear, regular communication with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in customer success, client services, or account management within digital advertising, SaaS, or agency environments.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads; certifications are a plus.
Commercial mindset with a proven record of influencing retention, upsell, or expansion revenue.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Empathy and curiosity to understand and help customers' businesses succeed.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a bonus.
Experience with regulated or high-risk verticals (e.g., gaming, crypto, gambling) is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers or attend events.
