complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for our customers through strategic management and technical expertise.Key job responsibilitiesManage and lead shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality operational standardsOversee multiple data center availability zones, implementing strategic infrastructure managementDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans that enhance facility efficiency and performanceOperate and manage critical systems including power distribution, generators, cooling infrastructure, and monitoring systemsSupport we can't achieve in the cloud.Basic QualificationsBachelor's or Technical Degree in Engineering or related fieldDemonstrated experience managing teams in mission-critical technical environmentsProven ability to manage large-scale technical servicesStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systemsPreferred QualificationsData Center Engineering ExperienceExperience in mission-critical operations environment (e.g. power facility, high technology manufacturing, healthcare, aviation maintenance, oil and gas) preferably linked to a 24/7 uninterrupted
