My client is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator to join their large food manufacturing company based in Co. Kildare. Duties and Responsibilities: Providing customer support Stock management - planning, monitoring & maintaining agreed stock levels. Communicating product launches, delists and promotions to relevant stakeholders and departments. Stock allocation and releasing. Logistics - booking transport. Daily Health Cert submissions on Traces NT Generating Customs Clearance Documents Engaging and managing the customer's needs and expectations daily Co Ordination and support for Lean and continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Engaging and communicating with the relevant account managers and team members. Knowledge and Experience required Excellent skills in excel. Knowledge of Business Central (ERP software) an advantage. Knowledge of Customer clearance and certification, with a qualification in International Trade Compliance an advantage. A passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with customers. Ability to develop good working relationships with your colleagues internally and with Customers. A 'can do' and 'will do' attitude. Logical thinker. Flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to take instruction but also ability to work on own initiative. Excellent organizational skills. Multitasker. Ability to work solo or as part of a Team as required. Lean focused with an appetite for continuous improvement.
