Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Title:Accounts Receivable Supervisor Location: County Longford Summary: HireForce is working with an Irish company who are looking to fill the role of an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the AR department acting as the Team lead over a team of six employees. This is a great opportunity to advance to a more senior finance role. Responsibilities: Oversee the day to day running of the Accounts Receivable department ensuring files go out on time and daily targets are met Ensure timely processing of invoices, credit notes and refunds Maintain customer accounts ensuring pricing/promotions are accurate and timely Complete Period end final checks and close off module Prepare, analyse, and interpret monthly accounts receivable aging reports Manage Cash flow forecast Bank reconciliations Ensure departmental cross-training and develop and write policies and procedures Identify efficiencies in department and consistently work to streamline and improve processes Work closely with the Finance Manager performing other ad-hoc duties/reporting as required Requirements: A minimum of two years experience working in Accounts receivable ATI qualified or Accountancy Degree required Remuneration: Competitive salary If the role isnt for you, and if you are happy with the level of service youve experienced with HireForce, we would really appreciate if you can refer a friend, and you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place them.
