Senior Systems Analyst - Hiring ASAPStart date: ASAPDuration: 11 monthsLocation: 1 week in Galway office, 3 weeks working from homeRate: €350 - €400 per daySkillset• The role will involve business requirements review, systems requirements and capability analysis, solution design, and working closely with business partners and the development team.• 5+ years' experience in a system analyst role• Experience working with cross-functional teams developing business and systems requirements, user interface design, data modelling, systems designs and systems interface specifications• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders• Experience with or knowledge of web technology or service-oriented architecture is a plus.Responsibilities• Lead and facilitate the process of gathering business requirements through interviewing or conducting group requirements session and generate detailed business requirements/stories.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, breaking down complex business problems by understanding the business needs, creating understanding of how digital solutions may meet those needs.• Analyze and document current workflows, identify opportunities to meet project objectives, and make recommendations for future approaches.• Develop user definitions, use cases and workflow diagrams to illustrate business problems.• Actively participate in formal presentations to a variety of management levels.• Positivity and strength in working within a high performing team.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are key to communicating effectively with technology partners and understanding their requirements.• Open collaboration with team members on shared items.• You have excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle and are familiar with Agile best practices.• Ability to adapt to unfamiliar circumstances and deliver high quality work.
