We are searching for one of the very best minds in quantitative finance — someone who thrives at the intersection of market intuition, scientific rigor, and engineering excellence.
This role is about shaping the next generation of equity execution strategies for a leading global investment house with a track record of success across public and private markets.
The Mission
You will join an elite team building predictive research that powers large-scale equity execution worldwide.
Your work will begin with raw, high-dimensional datasets and end with fully operational, production-grade strategies that directly influence the market.
Every idea you develop will be tested, refined, and deployed at scale — with immediate, measurable results.
What You'll Tackle
Design, test, and implement innovative signals using statistical modelling, advanced econometrics, and machine learning.
Engineer scalable research frameworks and analytics systems in
kdb+
and
Python
.
Integrate domain expertise in
equities
with advanced computing to uncover alpha opportunities.
Collaborate with technologists, execution experts, and portfolio managers to refine and operationalise strategies.
What You Bring
Mastery of
kdb+
and/or
Python
in a quantitative or trading environment (5+ years).
Proven ability to generate alpha in equities (3+ years).
Advanced degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or another quantitative field.
Exceptional analytical precision, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity.
