Tullamore Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Clinical Director to lead our close-knit, compassionate team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on in clinical work, all within a well-equipped, purpose-built practice in the heart of the Midlands.
About Us
Our bright and modern clinic is designed with both pets and people in mind—fully equipped with digital X-ray, a dedicated dental suite, IDEXX in-house laboratory, and ultrasound.
We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of patient care and maintaining a supportive, friendly environment where team wellbeing and collaboration are a priority.
We're a team of 4 vets, including two certificate holders in Small Animal Medicine (with a third vet currently training in Diagnostic Imaging), 3 skilled veterinary nurses, and 3 support staff.
We genuinely enjoy working together and bring a good sense of humour to our day-to-day, while always remaining focused on excellent clinical care.
The Role
As Clinical Director, you'll play a key role in both leading the team and providing high-quality veterinary care.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the clinical direction of the practice, support the development of your colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the clinic.
This is a full-time role, with the following rota:
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (or 9:00am – 6:00pm when on call)
On-call: One night per week
Weekends: 1 in 4, covering until 12pm Saturday.
Out-of-hours care after this is covered by Midnight Vet.
