Legal Secretary – Property

Our client is a leading Law Firm based in Dublin 2 and currently have a Permanent vacancy for a Property Legal Secretary to join their busy team.
This is an office based position.

Salary : to €45k
The Role:
Checking emails / instructions from fee earners.
Scanning incoming post and capturing same to relevant case management files / title deeds bundles.
Typing draft letters and gathering enclosures.
Objections and Requisitions on Title.
Pre-Contractual Enquiries.
Contracts for Sale.
Deeds of Transfer, Declarations.
Pre-Lease Enquiries, draft Leases, Side Letters and Deeds of Renunciation.
Scheduling title deeds and arranging safe off site storage of same.
Scanning bundles of documents e.g., copy title/closing documents.
Logging Letters of Undertaking received or given onto the system.
Arranging for documents to be sworn by a Commissioner for Oaths/Practising Solicitor.
Verifying bank account details of other parties.
The Candidate:
Conveyancing/property experience is essential.
Ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using a case management system.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong work ethic.
IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and case management.
