The Menlo Park hotel is recruiting a kitchen assistant to work with our breakfast chef in the preparation and serving of breakfast.This is a full time position working 5 days per week Monday to ThursdayMain roles and responsibilitiesThe ideal applicant will have be familiar with general HAACP principles and have some experience working in a busy kitchen or busy deli.To assist the breakfast chefs to prepare, cook and present food to the required standards.To assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries and that company procedures are adhered to for deliveries.Have good organisational skills and be able to work well under pressureThe ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Will have excellent customer care skills as will have direct contact with guests at breakfast each day.Be willing to work at the weekends and early starts.A Good level of written and spoken English requiredMust be legally entitled to work in Ireland on a full time basisJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €***** per hourWork Location: In person
