Du wirst direkt in das finanzielle Epizentrum von Stepstone aufgehängt sein und Dich damit sowohl mit allen Bereichen, Themen und Ländern der The Stepstone Group beschäftigen, als auch mit sämtlichen Shareholdern und externen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten.Mitwirkung bei der gruppenweiten Budgetierung und Forecasting über nationale und internationale StandorteHarmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling Prozessen und Reportingstrukturen in einer zentralen GruppenstrukturErstellung von gruppenweiten Reporting und WirtschaftflichkeitsanalysenOptimierung von DatenflüssenUnterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Reporting- und PlanungstoolsQualifikationenErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Richtungen mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/ControllingMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines internationalen UnternehmensStarke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Zahlen- und IT-AffinitätSehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse insbesondere in Excel und Powerpoint sowie Vorkenntnisse in Power BI wünschenswertSehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftZusätzliche InformationenFür uns als Gemeinschaft ist es wichtig, dass Du dich nicht nur bei und mit uns wohl fühlst, sondern auch außerhalb der Arbeit.
