We're recruiting for a
Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician
to join a well-established food and beverage company based in
North Dublin
.
This is a
permanent, day-shift role

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
Deliver and manage a preventative maintenance program to maximise equipment uptime.
Provide hands-on electrical and instrumentation support across the plant.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet operational goals.
Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with external contractors.
Support factory improvement projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
Criteria
Recognised electrical trade qualification (Ireland or UK).
Minimum 2 years' experience in a lead or supervisory engineering role.
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Advantageous: PLC programming, HMI/SCADA design, panel building, and instrumentation.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Overtime paid at x1.5 & x2
Day Shift - Your Choice:
9:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
