Qualified Accountant – South Mall, Cork City

Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Qualified Accountant to join our expanding team at Xeinadin Ireland South LTD. Based in our office on South Mall, this is a new role focused on managing a portfolio of clients and supporting the development of junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have strong practice experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries and relationship management.
Oversee compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Review work completed by junior staff, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Mentor and coach junior team members to support their development.
Identify areas for process improvement within the team.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
Report challenges and improvement ideas to senior management.

ACA or ACCA qualified
Minimum 2 years' experience in a general practice environment.
Strong understanding of compliance, financial reporting, and client service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead, support, and collaborate with team members.
