We are seeking an Experienced Recruiter with expertise in both temping services and permanent placements to join our dynamic team. Joining 3Q as a Senior Recruiter: 3Q Recruitment is a specialist hospitality and healthcare recruitment agency specialized in placing catering temps into hospital contracts daily and recruiting permanent nurses of all grades and specialisms for our hiring clients nationwide. We work with private as well as public sector hospitals, community organizations, charities, and private clients to deliver on their need for qualified and competent Temps for urgent or pre-notified staffing needs. We build relationships with Temps and clients so they see us as their trusted People Partner. Our office team have very diverse backgrounds and are unified on the common goal to put people first in all we do. We use this experience, 25 years of working in a defined niche sector, alongside innovative and time-saving IT & AI to deliver the Gold Standard in Temps and Permanent recruitment services. Your Role(s): Daily Placement of appropriate Temp staff within client locations. Key Account Management and Active CRM. Meeting and exceeding Temp Hour targets. Managing and dealing with individual staffing requests from our clients. Building trusted relationships with temps and ensure temp and client satisfaction for all placements. Managing and updating individual client rotas being sure to share with clients in advance. Ensure 100% fill rates on long-standing client needs pre-bookings and day off bookings. Document Management & Database. Sourcing active and passive candidates using various methods such as job portals, website registrations and build your own network (pipeline of specialist candidates. Logical approach to evaluating candidate skills & experience to ensure that candidates meet the required competency level for vacancies and proposed role placements. Immediately reporting any form of concern/incident to the complaints team. Attending virtual and in person meetings as needed. Exceptional telephone manners and quality Customer Service support to clients and field staff. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional Temp services alongside a team of three. Deliver quality recruitment services for permanent recruitment in healthcare, catering, and nursing sectors. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth. Source, screen, and engage top candidates using web and social platforms. Achieve recruitment and revenue targets through daily business development and networking. Communicate effectively with team members and management to deliver results. Your Experience: 2-3 years experience in commercial recruitment, ideally in healthcare and hospitality. Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and delivering client satisfaction. Strong business development and candidate engagement skills. Proficient in digital marketing and recruitment systems. Self-motivated, competitive, and results oriented. Good communication skills, the ideal candidate can manage and communicate information clearly and concisely to line managers, colleagues, and database workers. Good telephone skills rapport building, persuasive and able to control calls effectively. The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure. Great organization skill and strong attention to detail. Time Management/ Prioritizing skills. Objectives: Achieving the company business plan of hours filled. Deliver an industry leading level of service to our clients, achieving a team target on hours, placements, temp workers and client satisfaction levels. Ensure you are a trusted people partners so that peoples well-being is at the heart of everything you do with Temps, Clients and candidates for hiring companies. Identifying all safeguarding concerns at the earliest opportunity, reviewing compliance and training documents, and discussing performance and job satisfaction with temp workers via telephone and documented in writing.
