McKeon Group specialise in planning, managing and delivering detail-focused, high-quality projects for our clients.We operate across a range of sectors including commercial, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, retail and education.Through discipline, experience, expertise and quality specialists, we work with our clients, design and project teams to create, restore and develop new space in fine detail.McKeon Group prides itself on its exceptional and motivated people from Senior Management to onsite staff.Great care and attention goes into recruitment to obtain the highest quality and experience and to ensure that all personnel fit and add to the Group's ethos.We have a number of exciting projects due to start in the coming months and we are seeking a Setting Out Engineer to join our team.PracticalitiesSalary:DOELocation:Site Based, Dublin 6Immediate Start Required.Duties / ResponsibilitiesChecking drawings, specifications & plansSetting out reinforced concrete & steel frame buildings, piling, drainage, groundworks etc.Supervising subcontractors & monitoring Health and SafetyReporting to Site Manager or Senior Engineer on Site and liaising with subcontractors and other engineers and general workforce involved in the projectDealing with technical queries where relevantQuality Checks and ControlSite record KeepingGeneral Administration DutiesPerform other duties and projects as assignedKnowledge/Skills/QualificationsThird level degree qualified in Engineering / Related DisciplineMinimum of 5 years setting out experienceExperience using Robotic Total Stations and LevelHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong Digital Construction and IT Skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmesExcellent communication, organisation and time management skillsAnalytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skillsShould have the ability to work well in a team-based environmentShould be honest, flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking#J-*****-Ljbffr
