As aCustomer Service and Business Data Technician,you will be responsible for providing support via email to general users and businesses as well as researching, analyzing, and validating information using web-based maps and news articles/social media/official websites.
We are looking for candidates with native speaker fluency in English.
Job OverviewOn a given day, your work might include: Providing support to general users of the maps appTrouble-shooting and if required, escalating issuesDealing with business queries, in accordance with company policiesEvaluating data quality through web-based research and phone callsApplying critical thinking to identify high-level trendsIdentifying root cause(s) of trending issues through web-researchCreating analytical reportsCandidates must: Be eligible to work in IrelandHave native speaker fluency in English, both verbal and writtenBe willing to work on a full-time basis under a hybrid modality in Cork, IrelandAn ideal Customer Service and Business Data Technician would be:
Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about solving problemsPassionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOSAble to work with large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and draw conclusions to recommend actionsComfortable with placing outbound callsPassionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOSComfortable working independently, as well as in a small and large cross-functional teamIt would be great if you have: Experience with spreadsheetsExperience with database systemsCustomer support experience in a technical environmentFamiliarity with basic GIS conceptsFamiliarity with web-based map applicationsExperience in data analysisExperience with social media sitesUniversity Degree in Business Analysis or equivalent combination of education and experienceMore information:
