Description
We are seeking a Practice Assurance Analyst to join our growing internal compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of regulatory submissions to CAI, ICAEW, Central Bank, and other regulators, including annual returns, notification of standing data changes, and other reports, in a timely manner.Maintain a tracker of regulatory submissions.Collaborate with operational teams and external regulators (CAI/ICAEW) to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Monitor complaints and liaise with the PII broker.Respond to internal compliance queries and monitor relevant mailboxes.Assist with developing policies and procedures and support operational teams in their implementation.Key Requirements
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to liaise with internal teams and build relationships.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider compliance function.Additional Information
