This would suit a bold and passionate restaurant manager with experience of leading fast-paced restaurants.
What You'll Do:
Run day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch service and food quality
Hire, train and coach a high-performing team by leading with positivity and recognition
Respond to customer needs while setting the standard for excellent service
Maximize profitability by hitting key performance targets and controlling costs
Foster a positive team culture of accountability, fun and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role, brand / chain experience an advantage
Hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
A natural motivator who leads by example and builds strong teams
Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Passion for delivering great guest experiences every time
A results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence
