is a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation contractor with projects across Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
Dornan is involved in sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre, and Petrochemical.

Key roles and responsibilities include:
Keeping logs of company EHS documentation
Accumulating & logging information from audits, inspections, site hours, and BBS programs
Reporting on audits, inspections, site hours, and BBS programs through reports or scorecards
Administering the safety management system, standardizing the SMS system, updating forms, and maintaining the EHS shared server
Ensuring audit closeouts
Writing and approving EHS procedures and maintaining the company EHS manual
Assisting in implementing EHS policies and procedures
Maintaining and reviewing EHS policies and procedures regularly
Tracking legislation and updating legislation registers
Maintaining business-wide risk assessments and aspects/impacts
Providing advice across all levels of the business
Participating in EHS meetings as required
Completing desktop audits for external EHS accreditations
Maintaining EHS memberships and affiliations
Creating EHS plans, construction phase plans, and preparing documentation for upcoming projects
Supporting site EHS departments as needed
Ordering supplies such as SWP/Permit books and stickers, and ensuring stock levels
EHS Advisor will have the following experience:
* At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
