Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated associates to provide exceptional customer service.
Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and achieve financial targets through strategic planning and execution.
Merchandising: Oversee merchandising initiatives to create an engaging and visually appealing store environment.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and address their needs to enhance their shopping experience.
Be aware of competitor activity
Day to day management of daily operations
Ensure all implementations of stores policies and procedures
