Bid & Estimating Coordinator

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the estimating team throughout the tender and bidding process.
Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading tender documents and submissions.
Help gather and organise project information, drawings, and specifications for estimates.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases to support estimating activities.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain quotations and information.
Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Contribute to the smooth running of the estimating function by carrying out delegated tasks as required.
Work closely with colleagues to learn and develop within the pre-construction/estimating environment.
