Senior Architectural Technologist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Senior Architectural Technologist with minimum 5 years or more of experience and strong design and technical skills to take a productive role in an expanding friendly office, working on a variety of projects as housing, apartments, student accommodation and mixed-use developments.Job RequirementsBCMS / BCAR experience.Excellent Autocad skills required.Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines.Experience of working on small, medium and large-scale complex projects demonstrating strong detailing experience.Experienced across all stages of Site and Project management.Experience preparing planning, tender and construction packages and drawings.Site experience an advantage.The successful applicant will have proven technical detailing ability and experience of realising projects on site.Highly motivated, flexible, well organized with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines.Excellent communication, presentation, technical and detailing skills with precise attention to detail.Own transport / car an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Salary based on ExperienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €33,******-€62,****** per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Lucan, CO.Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Work Location: In personReference ID: Senior Architectural Technologist
