Project Quantity Surveyor We are recruiting for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial, contractual and commercial performance of major Power & Renewables projects.This role is with a leading M&E Contractor and will be based in Galway.This role covers the full project lifecycle, from tender through to final account, ensuring maximum value, compliance and efficiency throughout delivery.If you are a Project Quantity Surveyor who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.Responsibilities Oversee all commercial aspects of CSA packages from tender to completion.Prepare budgets, BOQs, cost reports and profit forecasts.Lead client and internal commercial meetings, reporting on project financials.Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and payment processes.Prepare and submit monthly and final accounts, including variations and claims.Identify and escalate commercial or contractual risks promptly.Collaborate with planners to ensure accurate progress and cost tracking.Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.Proven CSA Quantity Surveying experience on large scale projects.Proficient in Excel and cost management tools.Strong knowledge of NEC, FIDIC and JCT contracts.Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.Benefits Salary €70k - €80k DOE + performance based bonus Pension & health benefits Professional development & training opportunities If you are a Project Quantity Surveyor who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.We also have many other roles available within the Engineering and Construction sector across Ireland and Europe.Skills: Project Quantity Surveyor Construction Engineering
