overall responsibility for Quality & EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) with the company.This is a permanent full-time mid senior management role and will be supported by the Quality & EHS team.This role will suit a highly organised, self-driven and enthusiastic individual who is capable of building rapport across all business functions.The Quality & EHS Manager is responsible for implementing Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental best practice, across all elements of service delivery, ensuring compliance with current environmental, health and safety legislation, approved codes of practice and company policies and procedures.They are responsible for driving Quality and EHS continuous improvement initiatives, legal compliance and sustainability objectives.You will be experienced in change management and be able to demonstrate an ability to design and project manage new standards and procedures.Key quality role activities will include:Management and reporting on the company's Quality systems (to include EHS).Develop and lead the operation and promotion of the business management system (BMS) encompassing a pro-active improvement culture in Quality and EHS systems.Communication of quality policies and standards throughout the organisation.Working cross functionally with design, operations, estimating, and project management departments to drive and deliver on quality culture and adherence.Management of calibration systems with support of QESH team members.Facilitate the maintenance and management of quality through systems, quality control implementation and adherence, audit, inspection and the establishment of high standards and expectations on employees of service excellence.Undertake quality planning, including the setting and measurement of relating KPIs in line with business and client expectations.Ensure Quality requirements are included and delivered in all PRO Stainless projects.Client point of contact for coordination and completion of client Turn over packages.Co-ordination and execution of external audits i.e. ISO and EN****.Plan and manage audit schedule for the Quality programme (including 3rd party audits) ensuring development of audit plans and audit follow-up etc.Timely completion of all requested Quality Inspection Test Plans.Assist in the delivery of comprehensive operation technical training to promote, develop and sustain a positive Quality awareness culture throughout business operations.Coordinate Quality related training needs and engage staff and leadership on performance delivery.Responsible for the coordination of the company Quality performance meetings.Partner with the company Operations Manager on the maintenance / management of Quality.Act as the main point of contact for the company regarding PRO Stainless client sites and relating Quality performance and compliance.Report on Quality performance at Senior Management meetings and use as a forum for driving business improvement.Key Environmental, Health & Safety role activities will include:Driving a culture of safety awareness behaviours and performance.Undertake environmental, health and safety planning, including the setting and measurement of relating KPIs in line with business and client expectations.Ensure EHS requirements are included in all PRO Stainless projects.Accident & Incident investigation and follow up in main facilities and with client sites ensuring employee safety and wellbeing at all times and the required documentation and records are correctly logged and reported with all relevant stakeholders.Plan and manage audit schedule for the EHS programme as part of ISO Integrated system management.Coordinate and assist in the delivery of all Environmental, Health and Safety training to ensure compliance with required business needs.Responsible for the coordination of the company EHS meetings and emergency response plan.Partner with the company Operations Manager on the maintenance / management of fire protection systems, emergency and evacuation plans.Responsible for the EHS risk assessment programmeOversee environmental compliance and responsible waste management in line with relevant standardsAct as the main point of contact for the company regarding PRO Stainless client sites and relating EHS Management performance and complianceReport on EHS stats and performance at Senior Management meetings and use as a forum for driving business improvement.Develop and implement the company sustainability plan.Competencies, Skills, and Experience:3rd level Quality qualification- ideally an experienced Quality & EHS Manager in a Manufacturing environment.ISO **** Lead Auditor certification.At least 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a fabrication manufacturing environment.Proven experience with Quality management systems and continuous improvement.Good working knowledge of ISO ****************standards and integrated management systems.Professional certification such as the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety an advantage.Experience in Project/Change management.Able to challenge and influence at all levels in an objective and constructive manner.Client site installation quality & safety experience an advantagePossesses effective engagement, communication, presentation and
