The Company:Prodieco is not only the largest provider of high-performance blister tooling change parts for the pharmaceutical industry, It is a mindset that leads us to pursue quality operational excellence and precision in everything that we do.Our ethos is simple – There is always a better way.You see this in our continuous drive for internal process improvement but more importantly the dedication to enhancing every tool design to produce the perfect blister pack.From the engineering design office to the workshop floor and support functions, we are a close team united by one desire: working to make high performing tools.We provide many ways to develop and grow your potential, in a superb working environment.Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of machining processes, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce components within tolerance.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.Program offsets and make adjustments to tooling and cutting parameters as required.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).Maintain quality by following standard operating procedures and conducting in-process checks.Troubleshoot machining issues, perform minor maintenance, and ensure machine efficiency.Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production processes.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and safety standards.Record production data and report any deviations or defects.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Turning Operator.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.Skilled in the use of measuring tools and inspection equipment.Knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Haas).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.Ideal Candidate:Apprenticeship or diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.Experience with CAD/CAM programming (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.Must be able to work weekends.Benefits:On – Site ParkingQuarterly BonusCompany EventsRefer a Friend up to €1,500Early Finish Friday'sMaternity/Paternity Top UpWe manage our recruitment process in line with General Data Protection Regulations.For more information on your data protection rights please view our privacy statementProdieco is an equal opportunities employer
