About the Role
Cognizant is currently seeking applications from Graduate Engineers for our Graduate Programme in 2026 based in Dublin.
We are especially interested in receiving applications from final year students completing their studies in the following fields.
Electrical Engineering / Electronic & Electrical Engineering
Automation and Process Control
Instrumentation Engineering
Process and Chemical Engineering
Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Engineering
Applied Physics and Instrumentation
Process Plant & Technology
Biomedical Engineering
Successful candidates will be part of the Global Graduate Program.
This program is an intensive 12-week training program that consists of classroom training, workshops, theory, practical training, and a simulation project.
Responsibilities
Participate in the Global Graduate Program and complete the 12-week training program, including classroom training, workshops, theoretical and practical components, and a simulation project.
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand and contribute to automation and process control in a pharmaceutical environment.
Develop a foundational understanding of the business and how technology solutions enable production in the Life Sciences industry.
Qualifications
Completed degree (Level 8) in one of the listed areas.
Interest in Automation and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally.
Self-motivated with an ability to develop an understanding of the business.
Experience of working in a pharmaceutical API manufacturing operation or a regulated environment is desirable.
