Mini Market Supervisor

Orient is working with the Asia market, creating a mini market in the Restaurant, We are seeking for a supervisor with previous experience.Must be flexible at least 5 days a weekBased in Maynooth Co.Kildare(Orient Asian Restaurant and Sushi Bar)Must be available during weekends as well.Candidate must be able to demonstrate:-At least 2 year's as supervisor preferably within the food/ beverage industry and understands stock management.-Excellent standard to customer service.-Show leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a new team.-Speaks fluent English.-Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.Responsibilities:-Deal with all customer complaints/queries professionally and efficiently.-Assist in new ideas in the online marketing promotions for the market.-Stock management (restock and reports etc).-Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to report back.-Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable to create a welcoming environment for customers.-Being a good role model to your team and making sure all work is up to standards.Some of our benefits include:-free meal-staff discount-Bank holidayJob Type: Full-timePay: €***** per hourBenefits:Employee discountWork Location: In person
