Key Responsibilities Supervise daily catering operations, ensuring high-quality service. Manage a catering team, fostering performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations. Create and develop menus, accommodating dietary requirements. Oversee catering stock, inventory, and overall cost control. Skills & Qualifications Catering and Hospitality Management Certificate (Level 7) is desirable. Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or leadership role in healthcare or hospitality. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene best practices. Successfully completed Garda Vetting process. Authorisation to work in Ireland. 2 professional references covering the past 5 years.
