**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide clinical services to haematology/oncology patients, demonstrating comprehensive experience relevant to the role.
Manage medicine-related improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
Operate electronic patient information and prescribing systems effectively.
Ensure expertise in Pharmaceutical Aseptic Services and chemotherapy manufacturing.
**Additional Information:**
Initial assignment at Galway University Hospitals and Merlin Park Hospital.
Work may be required across various service areas within the region.
