This job opportunity is for a process automation IT specialist with a strong interest in the IT and security related aspects of the Process Automation discipline.
Responsibilities
Work in an international team with members from all geographical regions
Exhibit strong understanding about the requirements related to EH&S in chemical plants
Provide system service to the globally spread process automation installations of Trinseo:
System diagnostics and response to detected problems
System patching
Security diagnostics
Management of system security (users, permissions)
Operate tools for system health and security diagnostic tools
Maintain OT asset register
Development and analysis of anomalies detection reporting (KPI)
Contribute on development of PA-IT global solutions
Contribute to PA projects in all global regions including local presence during cutover or startup times
Support Aspentech InfoPlus (IP21) historian system & related tools (system health, users support, in-house customized codes)
Lead security incident calls for OT systems
Qualifications
University degree of Process Automation, Process Engineering (with Automation focus), Electrical Engineer or Information Technology or similar education.
A long-term and successful work in the job can be considered as equivalent to a formal university degree
5 years of practical experience in Process Automation or similar professional areas
Knowledge in IT network technology
Experience in special programming like .
NET, database programming
Required: Fluent knowledge in English (both verbal and in writing), other language knowledge is an advantage
Preferred: knowledge in administration of Windows domains, Windows Active Directory and similar technologies
