Through organic growth, a new Qualified Accountant position has been created in a small partner firm based in South Dublin.
You will obtain significant exposure to prestigious clients, very flexible work/life balance and a fast track career progression based on your ability and ambition.
The organisation: You will be joining a small partner professional services firm that already has a strong reputation who are continuing to experience a significant yet organic growth rate.
You will be working on a mixture of audit, accounts preparation, tax and advisory matters and have high exposure and in a relatively short space of time, hold full relationships and management of clients, growing your portfolio over time.
The Role: Your role will be key in driving the success for the team that reports into you.
You will be providing a dedicated service to an illustrious portfolio of clients, who are set up to be serviced remotely from Dublin.
This is the ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant (0-5 years PQE) who wants greater autonomy in their working week whilst being challenged on complex projects.
Your role will be client engaging, building long-term relationships with VVIP clients.
The Requirements: Qualified Accountant – e.g.
ACA or ACCA qualified.Ideally a mixture of Audit, Accts Prep and Tax experience.Practice trained and qualified (0-5 years PQE).Group Consolidation experience would be seen as a bonus.Excellent commercial, management and organisational skills.Remuneration Highlights: A highly lucrative base salary and benefits package.Salary based on level of experience and negotiable for the right person.Flexible working hours.Work from home options.Expectation of promotion after 12 months as well as a visible career path to Partner over time.You will benefit from the endless support and development resources of a leading employer without the hierarchical formalities.
