Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: Killarney, Co.

Job Summary The Junior Quantity Surveyor will assist in managing project costs and budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and value for money.
Working under the supervision of senior quantity surveyors, the role involves cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and monitoring expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
The position supports the delivery of construction projects on time and within budget, while adhering to company procedures and industry standards.
Key Activities Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
Support the management and monitoring of project costs to ensure budgetary compliance.
Contribute to the procurement process, including the preparation and review of contracts, tender documentation, and subcontractor agreements.
Assist in measuring, valuing, and certifying works completed on-site.
