Maintenance Technician (Mechanical Equipment)CREGG have open positions for experienced maintenance/mechanical technicians to join our Cork based medical device manufacturing client.Excellent opportunity for trade qualified candidates OR candidates with a background in production line maintenance.Call Rachel on ******About the roleNight shift role.3 nights on 4 nights off in week 1.Then the shift alternates to 4 nights on 3 nights off.6.30pm-6am.Our client also has opportunities upcoming on straight day shift.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoots production line issues regarding sensors/motors/conveyor systems/robotsContinually seeks to drive / improvements in process design, layout and operational performance.Engaging with technicians, operators, and other cross-functional teams to ensure business process success.Contribution in NPI (New Product Introduction) developmentExecute new equipment introductions and carry out validations.Demonstrates good working knowledge and application of validation techniques and associated regulatory requirements.Qualifications and ExperienceNFQ Level 6 in a Technical Discipline or trade qualified mechanic/fitter/electrician encouraged to apply.Automated Manufacturing equipment experience advantageous but not essential#J-*****-Ljbffr
