The Role
We are seeking a
Bioprocessing Team Leader
to manage a team of Scientists and Technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable ATMP manufacturing.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, quality, and regulatory readiness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 12 Bioprocessing Scientists and Technicians.
Ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing according to schedule.
Maintain inspection readiness and lead quality-first responses on the shop floor.
Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Oversee cleanroom behaviour, environmental monitoring, housekeeping, and materials handling.
What Success Looks Like
On-time delivery of clinical and commercial products.
Timely closure of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
Positive regulatory inspections and audit outcomes.
High team engagement, performance, and retention.
Qualifications
Degree in Biotechnology, Science, or Engineering.
Strong background in GMP manufacturing operations, ATMPs, or biologics.
Experience in regulatory inspections, audit readiness, and quality systems.
Proven leadership skills and experience developing technical teams.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
