Junior BIM Technician – Tier 1 Contractor

A leading Tier 1 contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, residential, leisure, and other sectors, is seeking a Junior BIM Technician to join their growing digital engineering team in Limerick.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to kickstart their career with a business at the forefront of modern construction practices, gaining exposure to landmark projects and cutting-edge BIM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and coordination of BIM models for a range of projects

* Support the production of 3D models, drawings, and detailed construction information

* Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and site personnel

* Ensure models are maintained and updated throughout project lifecycle

* Participate in clash detection and model reviews

* Contribute to the implementation of BIM standards and protocols

* Help prepare visualisations and presentations for client meetings

* Maintain accurate records and project documentation

About You:

* Qualification in BIM, Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or similar discipline

* Some prior exposure to working with BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)

* Strong interest in digital construction and 3D modelling

* Good communication and team-working skills

* Keen to learn and develop technical knowledge in a dynamic environment

* Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks

* Eligible to work in Ireland
