Engineer Support and Services Coordinator LMC Facilities Management – Dublin
Job Title: Engineer Support and Services Coordinator
Reporting To: Line Manager

Summary: LMC FM is seeking an experienced Engineer Support and Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

This position will suit an organized and energetic individual who is highly motivated.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients and engineers, with a strong appreciation of mechanical and electrical services.
Responsibilities: Ensure all progress is captured and updated on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systemFollow up on all statutory works to ensure the client is compliantBring all calls for assigned clients to billing stageKeep all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) worksheets compliant and updated regularlyRespond to customer requirements in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedSkills and Experience: Must be a fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in IrelandExcellent communication and customer care skillsAt least three years' experience in a similar roleStrong mechanical/electrical background (essential)Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workAbility to make decisions and work without close supervisionBenefits: Employee Assistance ProgrammePensionLife InsuranceIncome ProtectionJob Type: Full-time
