Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive turnaround strategy aligned with restructuring goals.
Drive efficiency across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.
Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to drive revenue.
Explore new markets, partnerships, and product innovations to diversify revenue streams.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and resilience.
Ensure adherence to legal obligations and corporate governance standards.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience, including turnaround or transformation roles.
Proven business leader, ideally in manufacturing, energy or industrial sectors.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing complex stakeholder environments.
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and operational hands-on approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
