We are a team of 25 across Permanent and Contract Recruitment for an impressive range of clients from iconic brand names in Media, Finance, Legal, Food, Insurance and Technology.
We have always recruited across Sales / Marketing / Customer Operations and are a market leader in this space with an extensive database of candidates and range of clients.
Responsibilities
Source the best candidates on the market to meet our client's requirements across Sales / Marketing / Customer Operations and be able to turn your hand to other diverse project roles as required
Good experience in job analysis and understanding client requirements
Manage the recruitment process and candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage
Account management — develop our relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring we provide a first-class client experience
Grow and nurture your candidate/client network
Ensure efficiency in time to hire and other SLAs are met
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure we are all working as a collective to achieve company-wide goals
What do I need?
More than 2 years' commercial experience in a recruitment agency or TA role with good knowledge of recruiting Sales / Marketing / Customer Operations
Desire to work with clients in delivering a service
Ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations
Inquisitive nature with the ability to listen actively to your candidates and clients
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Ability to work 3 days a week in our city centre office in Dublin

What's on offer?
Highly competitive commission structure with an OTE of €61k - €65k (uncapped)
