Offaly Salary: €75,000+ Benefits etc Project:Residential project We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor on a new project in Co.
Offaly.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a respected construction company that has delivered a wide portfolio of successful projects across Ireland and the UK.
The successful candidate will be joining a contractor with decades of experience delivering residential, commercial, healthcare, and educational projects to the highest standard.
Known for combining modern construction methods with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, this team has built a reputation for excellence and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with programme, health & safety, and quality standards.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to achieve project milestones.
Interpret drawings and specifications and ensure work is delivered to exacting standards.
Communicate effectively with Contracts Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and clients.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and ensure effective scheduling of resources.
Uphold safe working practices and site organisation at all times.
Candidate Requirements: 5+ years experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor or developer.
Trade or construction-related qualification.
Proven track record in residential and/or commercial projects.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety standards.
Full, clean drivers licence.
