Position: Account Development Representative with Dutch Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Work model: hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions and pain pointsContact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn with the power of the brand behind youExplore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personasCreate lasting and beneficial relationships with stakeholdersPresent product value to potential clientsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate solutionsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales teamAdhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIsAchieve established sales goals and objectivesCreate, present and execute campaigns to the market while reporting back on results to internal stakeholdersLearn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of clients products and servicesChampion company's success stories and share with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.
