Responsibilities
Own the product backlog for your pod, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business stakeholders.
Translate business and customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised roadmaps.
Drive delivery of features that enhance customer experience, optimise margins, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally (tech, operations, marketing, finance, partnerships) to ensure smooth execution and measurable impact.
Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve product performance.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech, e-commerce, or digital product environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to balance user experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and KPIs.
Qualities
