Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Co.
Galway € Talent Curve Recruitment are currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established modular building contractor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing sector, working on innovative projects across Ireland.
The Role As an Intermediate QS, youll support the commercial team in managing costs, contracts, and budgets on modular construction projects.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and would suit someone who already has a few years experience and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and project valuations Support the procurement process and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers Prepare and assess interim payments, variations, and final accounts Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to senior management Ensure compliance with contractual and company procedures Work closely with site teams to track progress and identify cost risks Contribute to delivering projects on time and within budget Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field 35 years experience in a QS role, ideally with contractor experience Exposure to modular, fit-out, or building projects would be an advantage Strong commercial awareness and good attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software Excellent communication and organisational skills For more information please feel free to contact Aaron Fitzgerald at Talent-Curve Recruitment Skills: Quantity Surveying Quantity Surveyor Modular Building
