C-Suite Executive Assistant – Long-Term Contract (with view to permanency)Location:West Dublin / North Kildare | Mainly onsite (with hybrid options)Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who can operate with discretion, urgency, and precision at the highest level?We're seeking a C-Suite EA to provide exceptional support to a senior leadership team within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.This is a long-term contract role with the potential to become permanent, based mainly onsite in West Dublin / North Kildare, with hybrid options.The OpportunityYou'll be supporting members of the Executive Leadership Team, providing strong, efficient administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.This is a busy, high-profile role requiring exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing demands with professionalism and calm — a true "swan" under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for executive activities, handling correspondence and requests with professionalism and urgency.Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel (via Concur), and expenses for senior executives.Prepare and coordinate papers and packs for ELT meetings and corporate events.Support financial administration processes and general executive reporting.Partner closely with the wider Executive Assistant network to ensure seamless coordination across the leadership team.Handle all matters with absolute discretion, diplomacy, and attention to detail.About YouYou'll be an accomplished Executive Assistant with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills — confident but never arrogant, resilient, and capable of building rapport with demanding senior stakeholders.You bring:Proven experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives in a complex organisation.Strong Microsoft Office and SAP experience.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Calm, composed presence under pressure — nothing fazes you.A proactive, can-do approach and a strong sense of accountability.The DetailsContract type:Long-term, with view to permanencyLocation:West Dublin / North Kildare (5 days onsite, flex to 4 when feasible)Salary:€60,000 – €80,000 + Healthcare allowance (€1,400 p.a.) + Pension + BonusInterview timeline:Mid-OctoberStart date:Late October
