, where you'll help connect top talent with exciting career opportunities across the Pharma and Medtech industry.
What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for call candidates with focus on Polish-speaking candidates.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple platforms.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage job offers.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in
Polish
and
English
(spoken and written).
Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset and strong organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
