We are now building an innovative AI-powered business intelligence product designed to help businesses make data-driven decisions while ensuring compliance and due diligence.
The Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of this new product.
You will lead our external development team, oversee IT security, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design through to launch and updates.
Manage third-party developers, review code, and maintain high standards.
Lead project management, task prioritisation, and milestone delivery.
Mitigate risks around DevOps, performance, scalability, and IT security.
Maintain and enhance product features on an ongoing basis.
Implement robust security practices including MFA, encryption, and GDPR compliance.
Manage disaster recovery protocols and system backups.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year's experience in a Technical Lead, DevOps, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
Experience working with outsourced development teams.
Understanding of AI systems and training large language models.
Right to work in Ireland/EU (visa/work permit must be uploaded if required).
Proven expertise in software development and architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Proficiency in modern programming frameworks (e.g. Node.js, React, Microservices).
Experience in QA testing and workflow automation.
Strong IT administration and cybersecurity skills.
