Location: Lucena Clinic, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services
Initial Base: Rathgar, Dublin 6
Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people presenting with moderate to severe mental health disorders, to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow.
.
Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow.
Locum Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Lucena Clinic
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with St John of God Community Mental Health Services, Lucena Clinic on a Locum Full-Time basis.
This Hospital Consultant post (1.0WTE) along with a 0.50WTE Consultant post will work together to operate the CAMHS Hub.
The following professional qualifications and experience apply to this appointment:
1.
Must be on the Specialist Register for Child & Adolescent Psychiatry maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland.
Remuneration
Salary Grade 'Consultant Contract 2023 - Clinical' on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale
Initial location
The initial location of this role is
Lucena Clinic, Rathgar
.
However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
