Head of Manufacturing
We are seeking an ambitious and driven professional to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and innovation across manufacturing services that support final assembly operations.
Responsibilities
Production & Capacity Planning
– Manage production workflows and resources to meet output targets.
Lead molding and surface mount assembly operations, delivering core plant KPIs and implementing strategic initiatives.
Quality & Cost Control
– Oversee quality processes, monitoring defects, yields, and PPM levels.
Manage budgets, ensuring labor, material, and overhead costs remain on target.
Process Improvement
– Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Team Leadership
– Lead and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Health & Safety
– Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance to maintain a safe working environment.
Sustainability & Technology
– Lead plant-wide sustainability initiatives to achieve net carbon neutrality by 2030, ensure ISO 50001 compliance, and integrate new technologies and automation to boost efficiency.
Qualifications
7+ years' operational experience, with technical management responsibility (manufacturing preferred).
Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering field (or equivalent).
Proven leadership in managing technical teams.
Strong strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
